Case Types  

For each eFlex installation a hierarchy of relationships are configured depending on how many courts, inboxes, divisions, jurisdictions, locations, and the types of cases the court will let the filer submit. During the design process Tybera works with the court to understand these relationships and then configures an environment that best meets the needs of each installation.

Based on these relationships eFlex stores the types of cases a give court, division, location, or jurisdiction can receive. Through this screen the administrator can add, edit, or delete the types of cases available to the filer for submission.
