There are two system setting screens one for the Filers Interface and one for the Clerk Review Interface. This
screen deals with four different types of settings for the Filers Interface sometimes known as the sender. They are:
- Edit Login Message - The administrator can post notes on the login page for the filers. These notes may be a warning that
the system will go down at some future date, or it may be to give some recent event news such as a mandate to efile on certain
types of cases, or just a happy birthday message to a judge!
- Edit LegalXML - This is an area dealing with external Filers Interfaces that send data to the court and should not be modified without first working with Tybera.
- Edit System Administrator Contact Information - This allows the administrator to change the message to the filers about who to contact if they need help getting an account or for some other reason.
- Set ECF Temporarily Out of Service - this is a quick check box that stops all users from logging in except the system administrator.
