There are two system setting screens one for the Filers Interface and one for the Clerk Review Interface. This
screen deals with four different types of settings for the Clerk Review Interface sometimes known as the receiver. They are:
- Database Cleanup - The data and documents collected for each submission and notifications are stored temporarely
on the servers. This area allows the administrator to set how long that temporary information is stored.
- Case History Colors - The colors that are displayed in case history can be edited by the court. The colors are
designed to make it easy for a filer to see which documents were sent by the plaintiff, defendants, and the court.
- Data Entry Methods - During the case initiation process eFlex supports multiple ways for the filer to fill out their
party information. These methods include:
- Web form - where the filer enters all the information to initiate a case including party information through web pages.
- MS Word - where the filer fills out part of the information on the web and part in MS Word form. The MS Word documets are templates created by Tybera.
- Corel WordPerfect - where the filer fills out part of the information on the web and part in WordPerfect form. The WordPerfect documets are templates created by Tybera.
- XML - where all of the data can be prepared in XML format and loaded. This interface is also used when external sources send submissions to the court.
- Merchant Account Information - This allows the administrator to change the password on the merchant account and then update the information in eFlex.
